Today I am sharing a card I designed for my card club to make this past Saturday. It is made using the
Party Hat Wishes stamps. This is such a fun set, and it just calls out for some bright fun colors. I pulled out my Basic Grey Urban Prairie paper and found this fun flower patterned paper. Some black gingham ribbon added the final touch (in my stamping room a card just isn't complete without it - I'm a bit of a ribbon addict!)
